MintSlips
End User License Agreement
Last updated: September 19, 2026
The deal in plain terms

This is the license for our software — the MintSlips website, the member board, the emails, and any code we run in your browser to deliver them. Our Terms of Service govern the content, the subscription, and the Services as a whole; this Agreement governs your use of the software that delivers them.

You get a personal, revocable license to use the software in a browser, for yourself. You do not own it, and you may not copy it, modify it, take it apart, automate it, or share what it shows you.

The software is not a sportsbook. It does not take bets, place bets, or hold your money. It displays statistical estimates. Nothing it shows is guaranteed, and every wager is your own decision and your own risk.

Purchases are governed by the Terms and our Return and Refund Policy. Whop processes payment; we never see your card.

Disputes go to individual arbitration in Massachusetts, on the same terms, with the same 30-day opt-out, as our Terms of Service.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the agreement.

1. Parties and Acceptance

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between you and MintSlips LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("MintSlips," "we," "us," or "our"), for the software through which we deliver the Services: the MintSlips website and member board, the code that runs in your browser to display them, the member links and credentials we issue, the emails we send, any application programming interface we expose, and any update to any of them (together, the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software you agree to this Agreement, to our Terms of Service (the "Terms"), and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Relationship to the Terms. The Terms govern the Services as a whole, including every board, pick, price, and result the Software displays, and every subscription or purchase of Access. This Agreement governs your use of the Software itself. If this Agreement and the Terms conflict about the Software, this Agreement controls; about anything else, the Terms control.

2. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, MintSlips grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software, through a standard web browser or email client, for your own personal, non-commercial use, and — for any part of the Software behind the paywall — only while your subscription is active.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MintSlips and its licensors. This license does not include any right to download, install, or run the Software other than as it is served to your browser in ordinary use.

3. Restrictions

You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

Section 18 of the Terms (Restrictions — Prohibited Uses), Section 19 (Termination for Sharing; Injunctive Relief), and Section 21 (Acceptable Use) apply to everything you obtain through the Software.

4. What the Software Is — and Is Not

The Software displays statistical analysis, model-derived probability estimates, fair-value pricing, and results records for sports betting markets, generated by automated models and software pipelines as described in Section 3 of the Terms. The Software is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, or gambling operator. It does not accept, process, facilitate, or hold wagers; it does not hold funds; and it cannot place a bet on your behalf. It has no affiliation with any sportsbook and contains no sportsbook affiliate links.

MintSlips does not hold, and does not claim to hold, a gambling, sports-wagering, bookmaking, handicapping, or investment-advisory licence or registration in any jurisdiction. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Sections 4 (Not Advice), 5 (No Guarantee of Results), 6 (Published Track Record), 7 (Content Availability and Timing), 8 (Independent Decisions, Assumption of Risk, and Release), 9 (Responsible Gaming), and 10 (Your Legal Compliance) of the Terms apply in full to the Software. In particular: every probability is an estimate, not a fact about the future; a positive-expected-value bet can and often will lose; past performance does not predict future results; nothing in the Software is financial, investment, or professional gambling advice; and you alone decide whether, where, how much, and at what price to wager, and you assume all risk of loss.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software and at least 21 years old to purchase Access, or older if the jurisdiction where you are located sets a higher minimum age for sports wagering, as set out in Section 2 of the Terms. The Software is void where prohibited. You represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Software is lawful where you are located.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid Access to member content is sold on the website as described in Sections 11 through 13 of the Terms: what is sold, at what price, for what period, and whether it renews is disclosed on the site and at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Whop as merchant of record; we never receive or store your full card number. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms and our Return and Refund Policy.

MintSlips does not currently offer a native mobile or desktop application. If we ever do, Section 33 of the Terms governs purchases made through an app store, and we will publish app-specific license terms at that time.

7. Updates and Changes to the Software

We may change, update, or replace the Software at any time, and may add, change, or remove pages, features, formats, and delivery mechanisms without notice. Because the Software is served to your browser on each visit, you always use the current version, and this Agreement governs every version. We may also discontinue the Software, or support for any browser, device, or email client, at any time.

8. Maintenance and Support

We provide support by email at mintslips1@gmail.com. We do not promise any particular response time, service level, uptime, or outcome. You are responsible for the device, browser, internet connection, and email account you use to access the Software, and for any charges from your carrier or provider.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what the Software collects and sends to us, why, and your choices. The Software communicates with our servers to verify entitlements and deliver content; the information it sends is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property; Feedback

The Software and all content made available through it — including code, design, boards, picks, probability estimates, prices, results tables, written analysis, email content, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of all of it — are owned by MintSlips or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark, and other laws. "MintSlips" and the MintSlips marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

If you send us suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant MintSlips a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.

11. Third-Party Services and Open-Source Software

The Software depends on services operated by others, including Cloudflare, Vercel, Whop, Resend, and third-party odds, statistics, and schedule providers. We do not control those services, and Section 31 of the Terms (Force Majeure) applies to their outages and errors. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own buyer terms and privacy policy.

The Software may include open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern the components to the extent they conflict with this Agreement, and any required notices are available on request.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTSLIPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR PROFITABILITY OF ANY CONTENT. MINTSLIPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR BROWSER OR DEVICE, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTSLIPS AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING OR WAGERING LOSSES, LOST BETS, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MINTSLIPS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This Section and Section 24 of the Terms together state one single cap, not two.

14. Indemnification

Section 25 of the Terms (Indemnification) applies to your use of the Software, including any person who accesses the Software using your credentials or member link.

15. Legal Compliance; Export

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign export-control and sanctions laws in using the Software.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Software, and any wager you place, is lawful where you are located, as stated in Section 10 of the Terms.

16. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective when you first access the Software and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing to use the Software; doing so does not cancel a subscription, which you must cancel separately as described in Section 12 of the Terms. We may terminate this Agreement, and your license, immediately and without notice if you breach it or the Terms, or if we discontinue the Software. On termination you must stop using the Software and destroy any content in your possession. Sections 3, 4, 10, and 12 through 18 survive termination.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Section 26 of the Terms (Dispute Resolution — Arbitration and Class Action Waiver), Section 27 (Governing Law and Venue), and Section 28 (Limitations Period) apply to this Agreement and to any dispute relating to the Software exactly as they apply to the Services, and are incorporated here by reference. That means: individual arbitration administered by JAMS, seated in Massachusetts, after a 30-day informal-resolution period; a class action waiver; a small-claims carve-out; an injunctive-relief carve-out; and your right to opt out of arbitration in writing within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, on the terms and at the addresses stated in Section 26.7 of the Terms. One opt-out covers both the Terms and this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and nothing in it deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your home jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.

18. Miscellaneous

Changes. We may modify this Agreement. When we do, we will post the revised Agreement with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice as described in Section 30 of the Terms. Continued use of the Software after the effective date is your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

No waiver. No failure or delay in enforcing any provision waives it.

Assignment. We may assign this Agreement in whole or in part; you may not, and any attempt to do so is void.

Entire agreement. This Agreement, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and MintSlips about the Software, and supersede all prior understandings.

Third-party beneficiaries. There are none.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
